The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, has kept a previous legislative leader of Kaduna State, Ramalan Yero. The state senator who is being researched by EFCC since 2016, for the part they played in the payment of the N750 million PDP battle support before the 2015 general race.

The previous Governor and the three others specifically Haruna Gaiya a previous PDP executive in the express a previous Minister of State for Power, Nuhu Way; and the previous Secretary to Kaduna State government, Hamza Ishaq, have been under scrutiny by EFCC since 2016, for the part they played in the dispensing of the N750 million PDP battle subsidize before the 2015 general race.

The Kaduna zonal representative of the EFCC, Kamaludeen Gebi says the previous senator and the three others will be summoned at a Federal high court sitting in Kaduna on Thursday on charges verging on illegal tax avoidance, criminal connivance, misappropriation of open assets among others.
